Scope of Work
- Pre-Installation assistance
1.1. Provide Footprint for system layout
1.2. Provide Customer Requirements and validate installation utilities and services prior to installation.
- Installation of Encore Waterjet System with Calypso 30J/ESL intensifier pump.
2.1. Gantry Serial Number HH107210520
2.2. Pump Serial Number 30J127 – currently wired for 480 vac/3 Phase
- High Pressure Preventative Maintenance
3.1. Change high pressure dynamic seals on intensifier, both sides
3.2. Inspect sealing heads for integrity of inlet and outlet poppets
3.3. Replace O-Rings on sealing heads
3.4. Rebuild on On/Off valve to replace seal components
3.5. Rebuild Dump Valve on pump if there is a leak upon pump operation
- Set up straight water cutting for insulation
4.1. Install straight water diamond “nut”, .0.10
4.2. Note: Original configuration of this machine was for insulation cutting on a grating table. See Attached photo taken prior to shipping from our factory.
- Training on operation of NC Console for straight water cutting
5.1. Set up for use with G&M code output from Trimble FabShop software
5.2. Customer to provide sample of cutting files in advance of installation, per request in May 5, 2024 email.
5.3. Note: G&M code in not suitable for abrasive cutting as NC Console does not support kerf compensation from G&M code.
- The abrasive cutting Scope of Work includes the following:
6.1. Training on NC Geomate software to load drawing files and generate proper cutting files to output to NC Console.
6.2. Use of the tools in NC Console specific to metal cutting, such as the Feedrate Calculator.
6.3. Troubleshooting issues that can occur with metal cutting.
