American Machinery Group does not loan items to resolve machine problems or determine a specific issue.  Field service calls by an American Machinery Group Technician are required if a troubleshooting condition requires the swapping of components to identify a problem.

Most machine and control components will incur a restocking fee.  This fee is noted in the detailed description on affected products.

Some items, particularly those that are from controls that have been discontinued for over 10 years or have had "End of Life", may NOT BE RETURNABLE and their sale is final.  Those are noted in the "More Info" tab of the particular product.

Those items that do qualify for return, can be done so within 15 days for a refund or exchange IF the item has not been used OR damaged in any way, and is in new condition

Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

CALL our Support staff at 972-407-1800 for an RMA number BEFORE returning any item.  We cannot accept returns without an RMA.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Please ship your return package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
